A study by Toluna, a tech company operating in the market research space, looked at the attitudes of employees towards virtual work. The results point to a workforce keen to return to the office.

19% of those surveyed have already returned to the workplace, with one-third hoping they will this summer. In addition, more than half of those surveyed have been contacted by their employer within the last three months about returning to work. 51% would only consider going back to the office if employers offered a hybrid work environment.

The future is hybrid. However, the overriding majority agree that virtual work is here to stay.

Homeworking spaces have never been as important as they are today, and when designing this riverside penthouse in London, Thomas Griem had comfort, luxury and design in mind.
