Iconic Royal Town Welcomes Fairmont Windsor Park
The celebrated town of Windsor will welcome Arora Group’s Fairmont Windsor Park hotel this January, in a move set to be the luxury hotel group’s first foray into London’s home counties.
Kicking off 2022 with a bang, Fairmont Windsor Park is set to open on the 1st of January and will feature more than 200 rooms and suites, a spa, wellness facilities, an impressive seven restaurants and bars and bounds of landscaped gardens in which to relax and recharge.
The new hotel is set in the grounds of Windsor Great Park which spans 4,800 acres of historical monuments, wildlife, and ancient forests and is visited by 1.5 million people each year.
Wellness is central to the ethos of Fairmont Windsor Park, with the hotel focussing its holistic lens on mental wellbeing through state-of-the-art spa facilities, a hammam room, cryotherapy chamber and Himalayan salt room, plus a courtyard hydrotherapy vitality pool and a Japanese Ashiyu foot ritual bath.
Surinder Arora, Founder and Chairman of Arora Group, emphasised the need for the new hotel and its focus on wellbeing: “We wanted to create a sanctuary for those who wish to escape the stresses of modern-day life and provide an intimate space for families, friends and couples alike to reconnect after another challenging year.”
The hotel’s spa will feature a highly advanced 4D body scanner and provide bespoke health assessments (such as cardiac stress tests) that are followed by an evaluation and proposed treatment plan led by a team of specialised wellness experts. Within the spa there is a private VIP spa area, named the Salutaris Suite, that is only accessible through a private elevator from the Signature Royal Suite.
In addition to the spa offering, The Facebible will launch at Fairmont Windsor Park, offering world-class aesthetic, skin rejuvenating and private GP services including check-ups and consultations. The independent business has a holistic approach to wellness and rejuvenation and will complement the hotel’s comprehensive wellness concepts.
Fairmont Windsor Park’s culinary offering is also home to seven restaurants and bars including British, European, and Middle-Eastern cuisine, a tea room, cafe and a moody lounge featuring a Renaissance-style fireplace.
Another key USP for the hotel will be the sweeping views of the surrounding open grounds seen from many of the rooms and suites large windows, providing a great opportunity to relax in a quiet space.
