Zuma Capri opens for summer on the Sorrentine Peninsula
A jewel of southern Italy, the island of Capri is famous for many reasons. It has jaw-dropping natural beauty, delicious cuisine and world-class shopping.
It’s also a place to see and be seen – there’s a reason why so many celebrities anchor their yachts in Marina Grande.
The arrival of Zuma upon the shores of the Sorrentine Peninsula is why you should put Capri on your bucket list.
Now officially open for its first summer season, the newcomer is set to bring guests a taste of Japan to the rooftop of the elegant Capri Palace Jumeirah, with unparalleled views of Ischia and the glittering Gulf of Naples.
Zuma brings its signature menu to the island including highlights such as the marinated black cod wrapped in hoba leaf and roasted lobster with shiso ponzu butter.
In addition to the classics, there will be a number of dishes available exclusively at Zuma Capri, inspired by the famed fragrant Capri lemons, including sliced lobster with Capri lemon and Oscietra caviar, Capri Lemon Mochi for dessert, and the refreshing Kakigori lemon cocktail.
Every night from 7pm to 9pm, guests can book a sunset experience like no other on the island. With some of the best views on Capri, guests will enjoy aperitivo-style cocktails with a Zuma twist and a light bar menu with hot and cold small plates.
High-top tables in the bar and lounge area promise guests a completely unobstructed view of the sunset, set higher up on the hotel’s rooftop.
